Born and raised in Europe, Marvin discovered his passion for hospitality at an early age, setting his sights on becoming a General Manager of a luxury hotel. At just seven, while observing a slow breakfast service at a German hotel, Marvin took it upon himself to clear his family’s table—an early glimpse of the dedication and initiative that would shape his career. As he grew, Marvin seized every opportunity in the hospitality industry, from summer internships to a prestigious scholarship from Thyssen Krupp at age 15, which led him to an immersive experience at a resort in Spain. With a strong foundation in German hotel management, Marvin gained invaluable insights through roles at elite establishments, including the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz and Dubai’s iconic 7-star Burj Al Arab. His early career was further enriched by a year aboard a five-star cruise ship.

In 2013, after a decade in luxury hospitality, Marvin redirected his expertise toward the private sector, dedicating himself to estate management for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families. Moving to Los Angeles, he raised the bar for his clients by managing properties that range from intimate 10,000 sq ft residences to sprawling 80,000 sq ft estates. He has developed and led professional operations teams of up to 60 employees and brings a rare versatility to his work, having managed urban homes, vineyard estates, mountain homes, and exclusive beach and island properties across the East Coast and Hawaii.

Known for his ability to anticipate needs and establish household operations with the precision of a 7-star boutique hotel, Marvin brings an unwavering dedication to every detail. For him, estate management is more than a career—it’s a lifelong passion. Marvin has consistently demonstrated that no task is too grand or too small, and he approaches each with professionalism and integrity.
